Here are some easy holiday recipes that you can create that will impress your friends and family!
1. Holiday Citrus Punch
Having a party and you’re in charge of drinks? This blend will be a crowd pleaser and has a citrusy punch taste!
Ingredients:
2 cups of bottled pear nectar
4 cups of orange juice (from blood orange or regular orange juice)
2 chips of chilled club soda
1 cup of light rum (optional)
Orange slices
Directions:
Grab a large punch bowl and pour the pear nectar and orange juice into the bowl.
Before serving the drink, add the chilled club soda and light rum into the mix
Add the orange slices and ice to top everything off!

2. Snowman Cookie Balls
These cookie balls are almost too cute to eat. This recipe doesn’t require any baking and takes less than an hour to prepare!
Ingredients:
Oreo cookies
3 tablespoons of brick cream cheese
9 oz. of white baking chocolate
Decorating frosting and/or gels
Directions:
Finely, crush approximately 10 Oreo cookies
Mix the remaining Oreo cookies with the cream cheese
Roll the mixture into approximately 15 balls
Melt the white baking chocolate
Dip the balls in the chocolate
Place the dipped balls onto Oreo cookies (non-crushed)
Allow the balls to dry for a few minutes
Decorate them!!
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm

3. Cranberry Brie Crostini
When the main course is not ready yet but everyone is already starving, appetizers are essential to any holiday party. This crostini would be a perfect snack before the main entree!
Ingredients:
Baguette slices
Brie cheese
Whole berry cranberry sauce
Directions:
Top the baguette slices with the lots of Brie and a spoon full of cranberry sauce

4. Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
Don’t have much time to make cookies from scratch? Easy, with this quick recipe, they would think that you actually baked cookies from scratch!

Ingredients:
1 box of Devil’s Food Chocolate Cake mix
1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)
2 eggs
2/3 cups of chocolate chips
1/2 cups of peppermint bits
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
Stir the cake mix, butter, and eggs together
Add the chocolate chips and 1/4 of the peppermint bits with the mix
Divide the mixture into balls and place onto baking sheets
Place the remaining peppermint bits and chocolate chips on the dough balls
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
Cool the cookies for a few minutes
